By conducting interviews and meetings, we collect information and document about your business processes.
Requirements Definition
We define your functional requirements – what functionality it must have and how it will be used. We define also the non-functional requirements: the security and reliability requirements, performance requirements and requirements for integration with other systems.
Solution Proposal
On this ground we can make an accurate estimate for the budget and the schedule of the project. Our discovery phase finishes with the solution proposal.
